Instead of accepting that as "the way business is done," he decided to build something different.

Together with his wife, Adriana, they created Your Friendly Neighborhood H2O Pros with a commitment to honesty, quality craftsmanship, and treating every customer like a neighbor.

Riccardo brings decades of hands-on plumbing and water filtration experience to every job, while Adriana is dedicated to ensuring every customer enjoys a friendly, stress-free experience from the first phone call through project completion. Together, they've built a family-owned company where integrity, professionalism, and exceptional customer care comes first.

Riccardo is passionate about passing on his knowledge and love for the trade to the next generation. Their son, Valentino, is learning alongside his father as an apprentice, building the skills, work ethic, and values that will carry on the family's legacy. Together, they are building more than a business, they're creating a family tradition rooted in integrity, craftsmanship, work ethic and a genuine commitment to serving their community.
