“My electric water heater stopped heating (a cold shower will alert you to that fact!), and I called YFH2O at 8am (read about them on NextDoor) and Riccardo was promptly at my home within the hour, repaired the heater (replaced a couple parts that were damaged by a power surge (was a very stormy week). He quickly examined the heater, zeroed in on the issue (based on my description of events), removed and replaced the damaged thermostats, and was done in about an hour. Charges were very reasonable. It turned out to be a minor issue caused by moisture from the floor left behind by the old unit, and they resolved it immediately. About three weeks later, I woke up to no hot water. “I woke up to a leak in my kitchen and went on Thumbtack to find a plumber in my area. H20 plumbing was the first 5 star plumber so I contacted them after reading the awesome reviews. They came out same day!! Our job was very difficult due to it being behind the kitchen cabinets and 70 year old soft copper pipes. After a few hours, they were able to fix the leak. They used a newer material that looks promising. The back door was left open and I thought our cat had gotten out. They kindly stopped what they were doing to help me look for her. I did not expect that. That level of care from someone means a lot to me, especially a company I may hire for the future. Thank you so much for that (she was inside the entire time 😅) The only thing I would say is negative is I did not get an invoice. As soon as I emailed, it was sent over IMMEDIATELY.
